I think when you try to hurt a person, especially if you know very well the truth of what happens, the court proved my innocence, when you do this it means you are a little man. But this is the not the first time. He does this in the past and he continues to do this in the present. This is his way, it is no surprise. We all know him. Life will go on, I’m not worried about him.

Chelsea do not appear to have given up hope of signing Everton talisman Romelu Lukaku this summer.
According to the Independent, Everton expect the Premier League champions to ‘aggressively’ challenge Manchester United in the race to sign Lukaku.
As per the Independent, Lukaku is willing to move to Old Trafford this summer, and reunite with Jose Mourinho, who showed little faith in him during his time at Chelsea and opted to cash-in.
The paper believe that £75M could be enough to see the deal go over the line, but Chelsea will not roll over and allow Lukaku to join their direct rivals.
The Independent report that Chelsea are adamant that the deal is not done, and could lodge a huge bid in a last-ditch attempt to steal Lukaku from under Mourinho’s nose.
By the sound of things, it could well be too late for the Blues to make a move. Ultimately, only time will tell who Lukaku is playing for next season.

Real Madrid refusing to lower £70M asking price for Chelsea target
Real Madrid are refusing to budge on their inflated valuation of Chelsea target Alvaro Morata, according to AS.
AS report that Romelu Lukaku, who was previously in the Blues’ crosshairs, is set to sign for Premier League rivals Manchester United, with former manager Jose Mourinho stealing the Belgian from under the noses of his former employers.
As per AS, Chelsea will now turn their attentions to Morata, but Real are standing firm on their asking price, which is proving problematic.
It is reported that Los Blancos are demanding a whopping £70M in exchange for the 24-year-old, a fee that Chelsea appear to be unwilling to pay – understandably so.
AS note that Diego Costa is on his way back to Atletico Madrid, which has been a forgone conclusion for some time now, so Antonio Conte is in desperate need of reinforcements at the spearhead of his attack. Only time will tell if Morata is the solution to his struggles.

Antonio Conte playing hardball over Chelsea transfer dealings
Antonio Conte is not yet prepared to give the green-light for Nemanja Matic to join Manchester United, according to the Daily Record.
The Daily Record report that Matic is on Jose Mourinho’s summer transfer wish-list, but negotiations between him and his former employers are complicated.
It is reported that Conte will not allow the Serb to leave until he has adequately replaced him. As per the Daily Record, Chelsea have agreed a fee with AS Monaco to sign midfield general Tiemoue Bakayoko, but that will not be enough to satisfy the Italian.
The Daily Record believe that Conte also wants to draft in a box-to-box midfielder, with AS Roma star Radja Nainggolan thought to be on his list of potential targets.
It is noted by the Daily Record that Conte is still prepared to walk if his transfer demands are not met, which may well force the Chelsea hierarchy into action in the market.

Chelsea star set to take medical as he closes in on £40M Man Utd move
Manchester United are on the brink of signing Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic, according to the Guardian.
Matic has been a cornerstone in two title-wins during his second-spell at Stamford Bridge, and made 35 Premier League appearances last term. However, that does not appear to have convinced Antonio Conte to keep him as part of his squad for next season.
The Guardian believe that Matic has already agreed personal terms with Man United, and will earn around £155K-a-week at Old Trafford. It is reported that Jose Mourinho is desperate to re-sign the Serb, and will part with a fee in the region of £40M to ensure that the deal goes through.
As per the Guardian, Matic’s departure from SW6 means that Cesc Fabregas is likely to remain a Blue, with Tiemoue Bakayoko also potentially arriving from AS Monaco.
On the surface of it, selling Matic to a direct rival may seem like a strange move, but there is plenty of logic behind it, as we discussed on Monday.

Chelsea star has not agreed terms with Man Utd, contrary to reports
Manchester United have not agreed terms with Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic, contrary to reports that circulated earlier this week, according to the Telegraph.
The Telegraph report that claims that Matic had reached a verbal agreement with the Red Devils are wide of the mark, but a summer reunion with former boss Jose Mourinho is by no means out of the question.
As per the Telegraph, Matic is still on Man United’s summer wish-list, with the club thought to be keen to draft in three or four reinforcements.
Matic has been a cornerstone in two sides that won the Premier League fairly comfortably, allowing him to join a direct rival would not be wise, regardless of the fee we receive.
If Matic does push for a move away from Stamford Bridge, we would be better off selling him abroad, as if a player of his quality went up on the market, there would undoubtedly be no shortage of interest.

Manchester United agree personal terms with Chelsea star
Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Chelsea midfield general Nemanja Matic, according to Manchester Evening News.
Manchester Evening News believe that Matic wants to move to Old Trafford this summer, where he would be reuniting with former manager Jose Mourinho. It was Mourinho who brought Matic back to England in January 2014, and it proved to be a shrewd acquisition.
Mourinho appears keen to sign Matic once again, and Manchester Evening News believe that the Serbia international has already verbally agreed personal terms with the Red Devils ahead of a shock switch to Chelsea’s Premier League rivals.
Manchester Evening News report that now United have to agree a fee with Chelsea, who are likely to be more willing to part with Matic once they have secured an adequate replacement.
The last player who made the move fro Cobham to Carrington was Juan Mata, and on reflection, we may well have made a mistake in selling him.

Chelsea should gazump Man United in race to sign Real Madrid superstar
Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale could be on the way to Manchester United this summer, if the Independent are to be believed.
According to the Independent, Bale is willing to make the move to Old Trafford, and Los Blancos could finally be prepared to cash-in on the Wales international.
The Independent believe that ‘influential figure’ at the Bernabeu hold the opinion that Bale could be sold this summer, and are attempting to persuade president Florentino Perez to part with him. The Independent note that this leaves a move to Man United more likely than it has ever been.
Chelsea should not sit around and watch one of the best players in the world join a direct rival. With the new Nike sponsorship, Premier League prize money, lucrative TV deal, Yokohama Tyres shirt sponsorship, sale of Oscar, and the rest – we will likely have plenty of cash to play with this summer. Why not spend it on a player who has already proven he can conquer the Premier League?
If we want to reaffirm our position as a European superpower, this is the sort of signing that we should be looking to make. Not only to keep him out of the grasp of Jose Mourinho, but he would also be an improvement on our current options at right-wing.
If Bale is, as the Independent report, on the market this summer – we should be front of the queue. Pay whatever it takes, just get it done.
