Conte says a return of the likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek or
Tammy Abraham from their temporary spells away as a means for boosting his
squad is unlikely:

Conte: ‘I don’t think this could be realistic. The
players we send on loan are playing. I don’t see a possibility to come back for
some players on loan. I remember last January Ake, Kenedy and Musonda came back
in January to improve our squad. But in this transfer (window), I don’t know.’

Tammy Abraham and Ruben Loftus-Cheek receive England call-up

England announce their full squad for matches with Brazil and Germany. Tammy Abraham and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have all been named in Gareth Southgate’s latest England squad. The full squad is set to be announced at 2pm, but the Football Association’s Twitter account released a teaser an hour before congratulating the youngsters on their promotion from the Under 21s.

Tammy Abraham has impressed on loan at Swansea so far this season, with the Chelsea forward scoring four times in 10 Premier League appearances. Abraham was part of Aidy Boothroyd’s Under-21 side that reached the semi-finals of the European Championship in the summer, where they lost on penalties to Germany.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek, has been gaining valuable experience under former Three Lions boss Roy Hodgson at Crystal Palace, and he too is called up for the first time. Loftus-Cheek has amassed a total of 17 Under-21 caps in his youth career, but missed last summer’s tournament through injury.
